We know that shopping online can raise questions, and we’re here to make your experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Below are answers to some of the most common inquiries. If you don’t find what you’re looking for, feel free to reach out to us, and we’ll be happy to assist you!

When Can I Expect My Order?

Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after they’ve been placed. You will receive a tracking number.

If you choose local pickup, you will receive a text on the pickup date selected at checkout. Pickup days are Monday through Wednesday between 5:15–6:00 PM at Berean Church of Monroe, located at 1317 S. 10th Street in Monroe, LA. Other pickup times can be scheduled by reaching out to us on Facebook at Royal T Boutique.

How Do Returns Work?

Returns are valid for store credit only. Refunds will not be issued, except in cases where there is an error on our end. Returns and exchanges must be made within 3 days of receiving your order. Merchandise may be exchanged for items of equal or lesser value. Your item(s) must be unwashed, unworn, and with tags attached.

If you’re unsure about your size, please reach out to us before placing your order to help avoid any need for returns or exchanges.

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping for any returned or exchanged items. All jewelry, personal items, sale items, bodysuits, and any styles marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged.

What Happens If My Package is Lost or Stolen?

We use USPS Priority Mail for all orders, which includes insurance and tracking to help keep your package secure. However, once your package leaves our hands, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at contact@shopsroyalt.com. While we do our best to assist with updates, please note that some orders may be processed the same day, and we can’t guarantee that changes can be made in time.

If your package is marked as delivered but you can’t locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, or anyone who may have accepted it on your behalf. If it’s still missing, you may file a claim with USPS for further assistance.

Who Pays for Return Shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when returning items for store credit. We recommend purchasing tracking and saving shipping receipts for your records when sending returns back.

What If I Received the Wrong or Damaged Item?

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If you received an item that is damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us at returns@shopsroyalt.com within 3 days of receiving your order. We’re committed to making it right as quickly as possible.

To ensure a smooth process, please include clear pictures of the item(s) in question along with your order number. This allows us to properly assess the issue and take the appropriate action—whether that’s issuing a refund or store credit, or arranging an exchange or replacement, depending on your preference.

If the mistake was on our end, we will offer either a refund or store credit, based on your choice. However, if the error was due to a mistake on your end (such as ordering the wrong item), you’ll need to follow our return and exchange policy for store credit or exchanges. Refunds will not be offered in this case.
